Notification of Biocidal Products according to the Second Transitional Provision (Disposición Transitoria Segunda) of Royal Decree 1054/2002.

Notification of future biocides.

During the transitional period of application of Regulation 528/2012, biocidal products that, according to previous Spanish legislation, did not have their own registration process, must be notified to the Ministry of Health.

Among these products we find:

 

• Products generated in situ.
• Disinfectant products for the treatment of water for human and animal consumption.
• Preservative products.
• Anti-mould products.
• Embalming and taxidermist fluids.
• Antifouling Products.
