Registration of Disinfectant Products used in Clinical setting.

During the transitory period of application of Regulation 528/2012, biocidal products for use as disinfectants in the clinical field must be registered in the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS).

Once the marketing authorization has been granted, the technical director must supervise the correct manufacture and marketing of the disinfectant products in the clinical field, having to personally release each of the batches that will be offered for sale in the Spanish market.
