During the transitional period of application of Regulation 528\/2012, biocidal products for use as antiseptics for healthy skin must be registered in front of the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS).<\/p>\n
Once the marketing authorization has been obtained, the technical director must supervise the correct manufacture and marketing of healthy skin antiseptic products and must personally release each of the batches that will offered for sale in the Spanish market.<\/p>\n
