During the transitory period of application of Regulation 528\/2012, biocidal products for use in personal hygiene (insect repellents) must be registered in front of the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS).<\/p>\n

Once the marketing authorization has been obtained, the technical director must supervise the correct manufacture and marketing of the insect repellent products, having to personally release each batch offered for sale in the Spanish market.<\/p>\n
